Outbreak of Salmonella Newport

Whooping cough cases increase

Cases of whooping cough (pertussis) reported to the Health Protection Agency (HPA) in England and Wales have more than doubled from 421 cases in 2010 to 1040 in 2011. Deposit a repeat order slip in the repeat prescription box at the Surgery.

It is also possible for patients to register with a local pharmacy for their collection and delivery service. Ask for more details from reception or from your local pharmacy.

Please allow 48 hours (two working days) for processing before asking to collect it

All repeat medication is subject to review by your doctor and you will be asked, periodically to make an appointment with him/her before you can be given another prescription.
